BTC Group is the preferred supplier for the hotel reservations for this exhibition. This service is free of charge for all exhibitors and visitors to the exhibition.

Enter the date on which you'd like to check in and check out and click on search. If you wish to book multiple rooms for different dates, you can amend the dates per room further in the booking process.

Once you found the hotel you'd like to book, click the Book button and enter your details to make the reservation.

Your creditcard will NOT be charged by BTC Group or the hotel. The credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel and the hotel will only charge the card in a case of no show or too late cancellation.
